Fabiano Cid

Fabiano founded Ccaps in July 1999 and is the majority shareholder, responsible for the company’s long-term planning and strategic partnerships. With a degree in Liberal Arts (Portuguese Language & Brazilian and Portuguese Literature) from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Fabiano started his career as a translator at Lazoski, Beninatto and Associates in 1996 and later that year moved to London, where he stayed for two years working as a freelance translator. With over 15 years of localization experience, Fabiano has transformed Ccaps into the leading localization provider in Brazil, widely recognized for its management capacity, linguistic quality, and attention to detail. He was also the Chairman of the Board of Milengo until January 2011 and, in his free time, likes to jog in Ipanema beach and take pictures with his Lomo camera.

With a BS degree in Computer Sciences from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and Postgraduate Certificates in Financial Analysis (Universidade Gama Filho) and Finance – Investment and Risk Management (Fundação Getúlio Vargas), Cassius started focusing his career on project management in 2000. Cassius has more than 16 years of experience in the IT area as a developer, localization engineer, and systems administrator for Windows and Linux environments. When not working, he likes to read a good book and enjoy the free time with his family.
